recently, i used to sleep at 2-3am and wake up at 12-1pm.
sit in front of my laptop for the whole day without doing any exercises.
obviously ,its an unhealthy lifestyle.
i became so lazy since i back to ipoh...
i have been doing nothing except eat sleep shit..
yesterday ,as usual, tried to sleep at 3am but unfortunately....fall asleep at 5... insomnia.. T.T
and unfortunately, woke up by mum at 6am...
for the purpose of..........healthy lifestyle... went to polo ground for jogging...T.T
anyway...its a good thing...the weather is awesome...cool breeze...
the park full with aunties and uncles..swt....
and now guess wat...
im sleepy...instead of healthy...
